YES!

The Elizabethtown Area School District partners with Junior Achievement of Central Pennsylvania to provide students with meaningful, real-world learning experiences that support financial literacy, career awareness, entrepreneurship, and responsible decision-making. As part of the District's Life Ready Learning approach, these experiences help students connect classroom instruction with the skills and knowledge needed for future success.

At Elizabethtown Area Middle School, students participate in YES!, a Junior Achievement program designed to help students understand how the financial and career decisions they make today can influence future opportunities. Through engaging lessons and interactive activities, students explore personal finance, career pathways, goal setting, and responsible decision-making while developing skills that prepare them for high school and beyond.

The YES! program encourages students to think critically about their interests, strengths, and future goals while reinforcing the importance of planning, responsibility, and lifelong learning. As students continue their Life Ready Learning journey, YES! serves as an important bridge between the elementary JA BizTown experience and the high school's STEM Summit program, helping students prepare for future academic, career, and personal success.
