Wind Ensemble

The Middle School Wind Ensemble is a select group of musicians auditioned from the Middle School Bands. Each year the band performs four concerts a year and participates in various parades. The band has also performed with the High School Band at various football games. During concert season, the Wind Ensemble is challenged with an extensive repertoire of higher-level music. With balanced instrumentation, the band has accomplished various larger works typically seen at a high school level including Mozart’s Abduction from the Seraglio and Rondo for Solo and Wind Band.

The Wind Ensemble has participated in Elizabethtown's Santa Parade, Lebanon Holiday Parade, Myerstown Holiday Parade, Harrisburg St. Patrick's Day Parade, Annville Memorial Day Parade and the Apple Blossom Festival Parade in Winchester, Virginia.

Jazz Band 

The Jazz Band is a set instrumentation group that is auditioned every September. Only students playing sax, trumpet, trombone, baritone, drum set, guitar, bass and piano are able to audition. The Jazz Band performs numerous concerts a year not only at school but in the surround areas as well. Each spring the Jazz Band participates in a Jazz Band competition and has won numerous excellent and superior ratings. The Jazz Band has traveled and performed in Ohio, Pittsburgh, New Jersey, Connecticut and Washington, DC.
